SafeYum Terms of Service

Welcome to SafeYum! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SafeYum mobile application ("the app") operated by SafeYum LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using SafeYum, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Subscription fees are charged through your App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• We do not process refunds directly; refund requests must be made through the App Store

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEYUM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF SAFEYUM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SafeYum will be resolved in the courts of California.
